I am finally done with my Wood Destroying Insects (WDI) class work and learned something funny and useful for realtors.

Carpenter bees are wood destroying insects and Bumblebees are NOT wood destroying! So, while showing homes how do you tell one bee from the other? 

Carpenter bees have no hair on their butts (shiny hinies), while bumblebees have hairy butts.
